    I wear rubber bands and I have to put mine where you do ASWELL .. Awesome!!!!

    Thank you for making this video. Im getting braces either today or next week, and I am very nervous. I have a very large over bite so I know ill have to have rubber bands.

  6. i just got rubber bands put in today over my power chains and I want to die. It hurts to open my mouth but it’ll be worth it to fix the overbite. and yes, they are unsightly but it’s temporary :)

  13. They actually do hurt, but if you apply an ice pack wrapped in a towel to you mouth area then it will feel tons better. Ice cream helps too ;)

    I wear them everyday all day and I don’t really feel weird about it. At first you do feel a little weird the main problem I have is when I have to take them off to eat but I just say “sorry everyone” lol but besides that no one ever really notices I have them and if they do notice no one ever says anything about it. lol

    no it doesn’t hurt it just feels like a little pressure on your teeth but it goes away in a day or two and then you don’t even notice it. Good luck with your braces!!!! :)
