  1. Activated charcoal for whitening your teeth! It’s old school and natural :)

  2. use banana peels they really do work

  3. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Love this information and the demos for dental care.

  4. you are very entertaining lol … and i suggest swooshing coconut oil as a whitening agent .. “oil pulling,” works everytime to make my teeth whiter :)

  5. Whitening and brushing with the great superfood – turmeric. Yep,thats true. It makes fabric bright yellow, but has the exact opposite effect on teeth, makes them glowing white getting rid of all stains! Just brush with turmeric, then brush with your usual toothpaste. It’s also antibacterial, antioxidant, anti.. anti… yea, so you get it.

What is the name of that tongue scraper, where did you purchase it and how much did it cost?

  7. greeneyeblind5229 on January 12th, 2013 at 5:22 pm

    And its less expensive…just saying!

  8. Making a paste with baking soda helps with whitening, as does rinsing with hydrogen peroxide.

  9. If you want whiter teeth, just buy some Advanced Crest Whitestrips. I don’t know how natural they are, but for goodness sake, it’s just going on the enamel and will def whiten your teeth. They stick to your teeth quite well now since they changed them. Not like your going to be eating the strip itself. Besides, you only have to do this once every so often.

  10. Hi Jason! Where did u get your products? I can’t seem to find them online, any help is much appreciated :) Great Info!!

  11. Rubbing teeth with the inside of banana peel helps whiten teeth….videos, google it …also Julia Roberts most beautiful smile on planet said that she brushes with baking soda every day … her grandfather taught her this and he only had one cavity his whole life. Urine helps mineralize, whiten, strengthen gums, teeth and activates high immune system in body, never get sick, have been practicing a year and have not been sick once… research research :) watch Andrew Norton Webber videos :)

  12. Subscribed AAAAAAAA+++++++++++ THANK YOU !!!

Great video & tutorial Jason! I personally find that “oil pulling” with coconut oil at least 3 times per week helps to whiten my teeth and of course it’s an amazing detoxification tool as well. btw, where did you get that small tooth brush?

  14. if u do an overload of green veges it’s likely to change your teetch to some more green color hence the yellow. If you try other colors type veges, say tomatoes, strawberries, check out the difference. And bananas may help but I’ve not tried.

  15. People can also try Earthpaste. It’s much cheaper and all natural. No superfoods in it, but I don’t need superfoods in my toothpaste.

I heard rubbing banana peels on your teeth can help whiten them from freelee haha. Supposedly the enzymes do some magical stuff…I
I’ve yet to try it though. Hydrogen peroxide and aluminum-free baking soda might do the trick.

  17. Good info, much thanx!! I’ve heard that consistently drinking green tea whitens the teeth. Your teeth appear very white & you take immaculate care of your mouth, so ~ woo HOO for YOO :) :) :)

  18. AMK makes the dental medic, That could be handy!

  20. Oil of cloves is in the temporary filling material you can buy at any pharmacy. After you put it in the broken area it will harden up and keep air and food off the tooth. Carrying cloves may be a good idea if you want to be more organic.

  21. nice video, i use temparin putty all the time for front tooth because i havent been able to afford dental care yet. the cantainer is the size of a thumb.

  22. Superb interview man, thanks

  23. Perry, this was really a great topic to listen to. I once had a problem with my tooth on the mountains. Doctor told me that it was the pressure from altitude difference that bugged my treating tooth. Thanks for sharing!!

  24. I was on a shrimp boat one time and had real bad heart burn nothing on the boat for it. It seemed like forever for us to meet up with another boat and get some baking soda and fix the problem. So I now carry in every fishing kit a small container of baking soda or tums rolaids. Another thing you never want to leave home without is tweasers brush against something in the woods you want to be able to get them out before they get too deep. Good video thanks for your time Dr.

  25. cary a small bag of cloves it will numb the area

  26. I’ve been in a couple of situations where I’ve had a bad toothace and couldn’t get to the dentist for a few days and I’ve found that wrapping Gum around the tooth causing the problem helps alot! It dosn’t allow air to get in there and effect the nerves
