Student guide to best jobs as reported by CIBC & published in Toronto Star

A report prepared by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and published by the Toronto Star on December 04, 2012 is a Coles notes version to planning your future. Mining, health care (such as osteopathy) & engineering top the list of sectors that desperately need qualified candidates, while teaching, hospitality & manufacturing have too few openings for those already trained to work there. Among these professions, the average unemployment rate is just over 1%, while wages are rising by an average amount of 3.9%. That’s more than double the rate seen in the economy as a whole.
